I hired True Building Performance to replace my attic insulation, as well as repair the soffits around the roof of my house. Prior to starting the project, Richard Rodriguez, TBP’s energy use specialist, did an energy audit to determine exactly what was needed to make my home as energy efficient and comfortable as possible. A crew (led by Basheer) then came to do the job. They were outstanding—very professional and courteous. On completion of the project they thoroughly cleaned up, inside and out. I highly recommend that anyone needing insulation work done consider TBP to do the job.

Professionals from start to finish! Entire home was insulated top to bottom in one weekend. The difference is amazing. The cellar hasn't dropped below 58 degrees and the main house stays so much warmer now, that we only use the heat at night. We also noticed this summer that the rooms stayed cooler, so we used the AC less as well. Absolutely recommend TBP to anyone looking to insulate their home, or to make recommendations on how to improve energy efficiancy.

Richard and his team did an energy assessment on my house then did attic, basement, and siding insulation for my 100 year old house. It’s not even cold yet and I can’t believe the difference it made, my house is so quiet and cozy, it’s just been great. True Buiding Performance performed insulation on our house. We got connected with them through the NYSERDA EmPower+ Program. We really appreciate the work that they did. Richard was phenomenenally helpful at explaining everything to me at the initial inspection. The crew that did the insulation work did a good job and didn't get our house too messy. They were careful to put down plastic wrap at the entrance and on the stairs and in the upstairs hallway. They got all the work done in two days. Check them out if you need insulation work.
